Custom production is the default at our facility, not a special service. Most orders we run are built to a buyer’s own specification — their yarn, their dimensions, their brand. The standard catalog is a starting point; what we actually make is whatever the order calls for.
What You Can Specify
Material & Composition
Cotton, long-staple and combed cotton, organic cotton, TENCEL™ Lyocell, bamboo, polyester, recycled polyester, or custom blends at any ratio. Yarn counts from 16s to 80s.
Construction & Weight
Thread count from 200TC to 1000TC. Weave types include percale, sateen, twill, and jacquard. Towel weights from 300 to 800 GSM.
Dimensions
US, EU, UK, and AU standard sizes, or fully custom dimensions. A king-size sheet is not one fixed size — we cut to the standard your market uses, or to your exact measurements.
Color & Pattern
Standard color range, Pantone matching, printed patterns, or yarn-dyed designs woven directly into the fabric. Our 2025 yarn-dyed line holds shade consistency tight across separate dye lots.
Branding
Embroidery, screen printing, woven labels, heat transfer, custom hang tags, and retail-ready packaging. Your brand on the product, your design on the box.
Compliance
We work to the testing and labeling requirements of your destination market, including OEKO-TEX standards and region-specific certifications.

Sampling Policy
Samples are made on the same lines as bulk production — what you approve is what you receive. Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days. The sampling fee is fully credited against your production order once placed.
For buyers evaluating quality before committing to a custom run, existing reference samples can also be provided on request.
MOQ & Lead Time
Minimum order quantities are flexible and depend on the product and degree of customization — typically starting from 500 pieces, with room to discuss. Standard production lead time runs 20 to 30 days after sample approval, varying with order size and complexity.
