About Mulan Home Textile

Mulan Home Textiles works with a vertically integrated manufacturing base in Nanyang, Henan — a facility with over fifty years of textile production behind it, spanning 110,000 square meters and employing more than 700 people. Annual exports run around USD 30 million.

What started as a single spinning line is today a complete operation under one roof: spinning, dyeing, weaving, and sewing. This integration is what lets us hold quality and cost steady across an order, rather than depending on outside subcontractors at each stage.

The 2025 equipment upgrade went into the yarn-dyed line. Because the yarn is dyed before weaving and the pattern is built directly on the loom, yarn-dyed fabric outperforms piece-dyed cloth on color fastness, pattern durability, and structural strength — and the new line holds shade consistency tight across separate dye lots, which matters when an order ships in batches.

For more than twenty years, this facility has been a designated supplier to one of the world’s largest home furnishing retailers — a buyer whose factory audits are known throughout the industry for their depth. Material traceability, floor management, chemical handling, working-hour records: every link in the chain gets examined, then examined again. Two decades of clearing those audits builds a certain discipline on the floor — the line stays inspection-ready as a matter of habit, not preparation.

That discipline no longer depends on any single customer. Whatever country an order ships to, whatever brand goes on the label, every product runs through the same quality system before it leaves.

Product range covers the core of hospitality and home textiles: bedding sets, flat and fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath and hand towels, bathrobes, tablecloths, napkins, and curtains. Fabrics include cotton, long-staple and combed cotton, organic cotton, TENCEL™ Lyocell, bamboo, polyester, and recycled polyester, in yarn counts from 16s to 80s.

Custom production is routine here, not an exception. Buyers specify yarn count and density, color, dimensions, embroidery or logo placement, and packaging. Sampling runs 7 to 10 working days, with the fee fully credited against the production order.

We ship to more than thirty countries across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Russia and the CIS, Africa, South America, and Europe — and we work closely with buyers on each region’s compliance and labeling requirements.
